If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you purchased, you may
return it for a prompt refund or exchange. We will refund the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping costs.
The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all
original packaging materials, unused warranty cards,and instruction booklets.
Please note, if the original manufacturer's box has been ripped, torn or damaged in any way, a 25% restocking fee may apply. Please return the item in a condition that you would like to receive it!
Include the packing slip, indicate the reason for your return and wrap the package securely (see above for return conditions of merchandise). Also indicate if you would like to replace the item or receive a credit on your credit card. Then mail the package to the address listed below. For your protection, ship your return via an insured, trackable carrier.
You must include your packing slip or order number to receive credit.
