What is Internet Shoplifting?
If credit card payment is disputed by a Cardholder for any reason and the product is not returned to the Seller. This is known as Internet Shoplifting. The Cardholder is responsible for all collection costs, the maximum attorney fees allowed by law, and is punishable by jail under both Local & Federal Laws if the transaction took place across state lines and/or is sent by US Mail or Equivalent. Cardholder will also be reported to all collections agencies as seen fit by our company.
